UpDrift is built and operated in the European Union, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the baseline for how we handle personal data.
For data collected through this website and for the account data needed to run the service, UpDrift acts as data controller.
For personal data your organization adds to its workspace — such as applicants, contacts, and members — your organization is the controller and UpDrift processes that data on its behalf and under its instructions.
We process personal data on the lawful bases described in our Privacy Policy: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.
As a data subject in the EU, you have the right to:
- Right of access to your personal data.
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to restriction of processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right not to be subject to solely automated decisions with legal effect.
Contact us using the details below and we will respond within one month, as the GDPR requires. If your data lives in an organization workspace, we may refer your request to that organization as the controller, and we will assist it in fulfilling your request.
We store data in the European Union where possible. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
The service providers below process personal data on our behalf to host and operate the platform. We update this list, and the date at the top of this page, when it changes.
Services a workspace connects with its own account or API key — such as its own AI or enrichment provider, its connected mailboxes, or a CRM it imports from — act for that workspace and are not listed here.
- Hetzner Online GmbH: Cloud servers that run the platform, its background jobs, and its caches. Location: Germany.
- Neon (Databricks, Inc.): Managed PostgreSQL database that stores account and workspace data. Location: European Union.
- Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL: File storage (Amazon S3) and delivery of service emails (Amazon SES). Location: European Union (Germany).
- Cloudflare, Inc.: DNS, content delivery, TLS certificates, attack protection, custom domains, and routing of emails sent to our support addresses. Location: Global network.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace): Business email for support and contact messages. Location: Google data centers worldwide.
- ImprovMX: Forwarding of emails sent to nfrontacademy.com addresses. Location: Not published by the provider.
- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry): Error monitoring. Location: European Union (Germany).
- PostHog, Inc.: Product analytics. Location: European Union (Germany).
- Raintank, Inc. (Grafana Labs): Infrastructure monitoring and server logs. Location: European Union (Germany).
- Stripe Payments Europe, Limited: Payments, subscriptions, and invoicing. Location: United States.
- Anthropic, PBC: AI features, when a workspace uses them without its own AI provider key. Location: United States.
- OpenAI, L.L.C.: AI features, when a workspace uses them without its own AI provider key, and search indexing of content. Location: United States.
- Google LLC (Gemini API): AI features, when a workspace uses them without its own AI provider key. Location: United States.
- Harmonic.ai, Inc.: Company and people enrichment included in the platform, including the automatic enrichment of new CRM records. Location: United States.
- Logo.dev: Company logos, looked up by company website domain. Location: United States.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
